Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    garlic powder
    black pepper
    oregano
    3 bay leaves
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 small container cottage cheese
    16 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    and
    pepper.
    Add
    meat and brown.
    Drain grease, if using ground beef.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings to taste.
    Add
    bay
    leaves and simmer 1 hour, then remove bay leaves.
    Cook lasagna noodles and drain.
