Mexican Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green peppers
1 lb. chopped beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or Ragu sauce
Preparation

Cut off pepper tops and remove inner fibers and seeds.
Drop in boiling water; remove from fire and let stand 10 to 12 minutes. Drain.
Brown meat and add taco mix and water.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add rice and mix.
Cut peppers in half and lay in pan. Fill peppers with mixture and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Pour sauce and grated cheese over peppers 10 minutes before serving.
