Banana Coffee Cake(My Favorite Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 C. margarine
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. dairy sour cream
2 C. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. finely chopped nuts
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream together first 6 ingredients.
In another bowl mix together next 4 ingredients.
In a third bowl mix together next 3 ingredients. Add flour mixture to first bowl.
Sprinkle nut mixture on bottom of greased bundt pan.
Pour half of cake in pan and sprinkle the other half of nut mixture and cover with the remaining batter.
