Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (skin removed)
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley or flakes
    1 stick butter
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. paprika
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, curry, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter with garlic, then add lemon juice.
    Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumb mixture.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Drizzle butter mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle with more cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Baste once or twice while cooking.
