Plum Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 jars baby food plums
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil; beat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly.
Sift dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.
Last, add plums and chopped nuts.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sift confectioners sugar on top if desired.
Great for the holidays.
