Stir-Fried Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 large clove garlic
    1 large red pepper, cut in strips (optional)
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into sections (bite size).
    Stir-fry broccoli and garlic in hot oil about 7 minutes.
    Add pepper last 3 minutes. Stir soy sauce mixture and pour over vegetables.
    Cook, stirring until it boils.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6. Has 105 calories each.
