Gourmet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    2 c. diced chicken or chicken flavored soy meat
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. soy milk
    1/2 c. soy mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
    Saute the celery, onion and mushrooms and add to rice mixture.
    Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle the top with almonds and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
