Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. white wine (Rhine is good)
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    salt
    dash of nutmeg
    freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Kirchwasser
Preparation
    Rub split garlic on inside fondue pot.
    Add wine; heat until bubbles form.
    Do not boil.
    Toss grated cheese with cornstarch and seasonings.
    Add to hot wine, a handful at a time.
    Stir until cheese is smooth.
    Add Kirchwasser.
    Serve with cubed French bread.
    Good bread is important.
