Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, diced and cooked to just tender
    1 medium onion
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. diced American cheese
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs, browned in 1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Place carrots in casserole. Saute onion in 1 stick oleo.
    Pour over carrots. Sprinkle cheese over carrots. Brown bread crumbs in oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
