Mixer Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of baking powder
2/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. ice water
Preparation

Crumb shortening and dry ingredients with mixer at low speed. When mixed well, add ice water and mix until rolls into ball. Will work up on mixer, but rolls right off.
Keeps well, rolls out easily and can be rehandled.
Makes 2 crusts.
