Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir in oats.
    Combine milk, honey and egg; stir into dry ingredients. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Makes one loaf.
