Deluxe Brownies(This Is The Ultimate Brownie, If You Like Them Rich And Moist.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 c. cocoa (minus 1 Tbsp.)
1/3 c. vegetable oil (minus 1/3 Tbsp.)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine; mix with cocoa and oil. In separate bowl, beat sugar, vanilla and eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
Beat in chocolate mixture on low speed.
Stir in nuts. Spread in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake just until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan (40 to 45 minutes).
Cool. Cut in 2-inch squares.
