Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes (new ones are best)
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in bite-size chunks.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag add all ingredients.
    Close bag tightly.
    Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty into shallow baking dish. Bake, stir occasionally for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Yields 8 servings.
