Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion in greased baking dish.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper. Blend soup and milk.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Yield: 8 servings.
