Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground shoulder pork
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
1 c. bean sprouts, finely chopped
1 pkg. wonton skins (frozen)
5 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix everything together well, then put one teaspoon of filling on each egg roll skin.
Wet edges to seal well.
Deep fry at 375\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
