Spinach Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 t. minced garlic
1 flank steak
1 small package of shaved ham
1 small box thawed and drained frozen spinach
4 oz. shredded parmesan
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

In a well greased baking dish, lay the steak out flat, and salt and pepper the steak.
Layer the ham on one side of the steak.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of ham. Roll steak jelly roll style and tie with cooking twine.
Brush with olive oil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Slice and serve with tomatoes.
