Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. pizza crust
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Ranch salad dressing mix
1 garlic clove
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 c. olives, sliced
1/4 c. (1 oz.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Arrange pizza dough side by side. Shape into a circle. Press seam to seal. Combine mayonnaise, season mix and garlic. Spread over crust. Top pizza with half of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle broccoli, bell pepper, carrot and olives over pizza. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Grate fresh Parmesan over pizza. Bake 18 to 22 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
