Caramel Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten stiff
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Place each nut coated with batter onto greased pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
