Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper and flour in margarine until golden brown.
    Add meat mixed with salt and pepper.
    Brown well.
    Add mushrooms and soup.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat until all mixture is hot.
    Serve on noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
