Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine all, except marshmallows, in mixing bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Top with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are browned.
