Braciolone(Stuffed Rolled Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round steak, sliced thin
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
    1 c. red wine
Preparation
    Spread steak with butter and layer onion over top.
    Sprinkle remaining ingredients.
    Roll up tightly and tie securely.
    Brown in olive oil, turning often so as not to burn.
    Lower heat; add wine.
    Cover and cook slowly until fork-tender, about 1 hour. Braciolone may also be cooked in tomato sauce.
