Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 heaping Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cut the shortening into the dry ingredients, then add the milk.
Mix into ball and roll out on a floured board as thin as possible.
Cut in squares and drop in boiling broth.
You can also freeze them and cook at a later time.
They freeze well.
