Ingredients

1/2 loaf French bread
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation

Cut loaf diagonally into 1-inch slices.
Mix remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Reassemble loaf.
Place in a paper lined basket or on a dinner plate. Cover with paper towel and microwave on Medium (50%) 1 minute. Rotate basket 1/2 turn.
Microwave until warm and cheese starts to melt, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer.
