Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar (I use 1 1/2)
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon or more
2 beaten eggs
3 c. rhubarb, cut small
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; pour in beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Add the rhubarb and mix well.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or whatever time it takes for crust to brown and custard to set.
Some of rhubarb will come to the top.
