Chicken-Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) can vegetable juice cocktail
3/4 c. cold water
1/3 c. seeded, finely chopped cucumber
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Preparation

In a bowl, blend soup and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill 3 hours.
Serve in chilled bowls. Serves 3 or 4.
A good summer soup.
