Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust pie
2 c. seedless raisins
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place raisins and water in saucepan and cook until tender.
Blend sugar with flour and add to raisin mixture and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring frequently.
Add nuts, lemon rind and juice.
Stir.
Cool and pour into pastry shell.
Seal with top crust.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
