Ham And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
1/4 c. bread crumbs
5 Tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. ground ham
Preparation

Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender, but not browned.
Stir in flour.
Add milk; cook until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly.
Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Place layer of noodles in buttered baking dish; cover with ham and sauce.
Repeat layers.
Mix bread crumbs with remaining butter.
Cook over medium heat until crisp. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
