Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Top with crushed crackers that have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
