Easy Breakfast Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell or 2 regular pie shells
    8 oz. grated cheeses (half sharp and Swiss)
    1 1/2 c. milk (more or less)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (may use ham)
Preparation
    Start with 1 cup milk, add all other ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Add remainder of milk if needed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be frozen and cooked later.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60
    minutes.
