Chili Cheese Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. moose, cut into steaks or stew meat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. shortening or butter
    2 c. sliced onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, chili powder and pepper. Coat meat with mixture and brown on both sides. Saut onion. Put onion and meat in a baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and top with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
