Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream*
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring the water, margarine and cocoa to a boil.
Set aside to cool.
Mix the flour, sugar and salt.
Add the first 3 ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Beat well the eggs, sour cream and baking soda; mix all together.
Pour into an 11 x 17-inch pan or cookie sheet (greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
