2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can water chestnuts, slivered
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix chicken, celery, rice and onion; add salt and place mixture in 2-quart casserole.
