Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean meat in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. tomato puree
    1/2 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. any herb vinegar
    3/4 c. red wine
    1 1/2 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
Preparation
    Combine the first 9 ingredients in a pan.
    Bring to boil on top of stove, then cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add vegetables and bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
