Herb Cheese-Beer Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried sage
1 1/2 c. beer
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour a large loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
Stir in beer and cheese and blend together well.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Bake approximately 50 to 55 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
