Bite-Sized Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, grated
    1 egg
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ground beef in a large bowl with all of the ingredients except flour.
    Blend well.
    Form into balls about 1/2-inch in diameter.
    Roll in flour; fry quickly in hot oil.
    Serve warm.
