Creamy Low-Cholesterol Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton egg substitute (thawed if frozen)
1/4 c. water
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c. granulated sugar or 5 packets sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla
ground nutmeg
12 ice cubes, divided
Preparation

In container of electric blender, combine egg substitute, water, dry milk, sugar, vanilla and a dash of nutmeg.
Add 6 ice cubes.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
With motor running, remove feeder cap and gradually add remaining 6 ice cubes.
Continue blending until smooth.
Pour into cups; garnish each serving with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
