Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 jar salsa
1 small pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Spread softened cream cheese on a plate. Pour the jar of salsa over the cream cheese, then top with the shredded Cheddar. Serve with tortilla chips.
