Bavarian Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops or 1 lb. pork roast, chopped into chunks
1 (32 oz.) can or pkg. sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. garlic, crushed or chopped fine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Brown pork in skillet with oil, garlic and onion.
Do not overcook the garlic or onion.
In a separate saucepan, put sauerkraut, sugar and water.
Bring to a boil and cook down to 1/2 the amount.
Add caraway seed.
Combine sauerkraut with pork and simmer 40 minutes.
Do not allow to go dry.
Add wine and simmer 5 minutes; serve.
