Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
3 oz. can Durkee's French fried onions, crushed
Preparation

Combine onions, cheese, crumbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken in egg and milk.
Coat with onion-cheese mixture.
Place in large glass (13 x 9-inch) dish and pour butter all over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
NO cover.
(Put any extra onion-cheese mixture over top of chicken before pouring butter on.)
