Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
Mix in mixer.
Heat water and oleo until warm.
Add to top ingredients.
Mix.
Add potatoes.
Add more flour, if needed.
Knead until smooth.
Let rest about 10 minutes.
Knead again and shape into balls.
Place into greased baking pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
