Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh whole cranberries
    1 whole orange (without seeds)
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind cranberries and orange in a food processor.
    Pour into a bowl and stir.
    Mix in sugar.
    Place in a covered container and refrigerate.
    Allow to ripen for 2 days before serving.
    Serve relish with meat or fowl.
