Seafood Etouffee(Catfish, Crawfish And Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    3 cloves diced garlic
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 medium bell peppers
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (hot)
    2 lb. seafood
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic until transparent.
    Add Ro-Tel.
    Cook until thick.
    Add mushroom soup and seafood.
    Cook on low fire about 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
