Chili Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. chopped nuts
chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Place Velveeta cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl at room temperature.
Mix the cheeses well.
Add nuts and garlic powder. Mix well.
Shape in balls or logs.
Roll in chili powder.
Wrap in Saran Wrap.
Chill until firm.
Makes 4 or 5.
