Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut (must be in jar)
    1 large green pepper, sliced very thin
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 can pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut very well several minutes.
    Put in a large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Pack in jars.
    Let stand in refrigerator for two days before serving.
