Chicken Breasts Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    6 whole chicken breasts, boned and split in half
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and paprika.
    Coat chicken; brown in butter.
    Add water; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Save pan drippings.
    Arrange chicken in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch bake dish.
    Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup half and half.
    Stir into pan drippings. Over low heat, stir in remaining half and half, lemon juice, onion, lemon peel and ginger.
    Cook until thickened; pour over chicken.
    Cover; bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
    Serves 6.
