Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    12 to 15 small yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Put ingredients in large pot.
    Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender.
    Remove bay leaf and add 2 cups cornbread crumbs, 2 beaten eggs and enough chicken broth to make soft mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Grate 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
