Ingredients

potatoes, quarter and peel
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour (in a plastic bag)

Preparation

Melt butter in dish in oven.
Shake potatoes in mixture. Season and bake in butter at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
