Sausage And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain. Sprinkle into crust. Combine remaining ingredients and gently pour over cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
