Mushroom Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
5 egg whites, divided
1/2 lb. Velveeta light cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, divided
1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix rice, 2 of the egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon rosemary.
Press onto the bottom and sides of lightly greased 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate for crust.
