Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water (about 105~ to 110~)
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour (about)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, oil and half of flour.
    Mix in remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Beat 20 strokes.
    Spread on pizza pan.
    Let rise in warm place for 10 minutes.
    Cook for 7 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Put on toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned.
